The BCHEF council provides direction and support for our family-led community.
Leadership through service
The council consists of several husband-and-wife couples. When vacancies arise, current council members nominate and fill those positions.
Council members sign the Statement of Faith, have at least one year of home education experience, and have been members of BCHEF for at least one year.
Guidance for the whole group
Responsibilities include presiding over meetings, maintaining records and finances, coordinating the calendar, and publishing the newsletter. Members remain the primary planners and hosts of the fellowship’s activities.
